Jim Rye founded RYMARK International on the principle that people do business with people they know and trust.  Since the start of the company in 1994, that principle still remains a guiding cornerstone of RYMARK International.  Jim’s vision is for select, strong relationships built in partnership with each client.  He firmly believes in absolute ethical, personal service delivered by RYMARK International’s group of highly-skilled, knowledgeable experts.  The RYMARK International team is one that cares about their clients and is motivated to help them achieve a successful meeting or event – anywhere in the world.  Prior to opening RYMARK International, Jim worked over 30 years with the Walt Disney Company as General Manager of Resort Sales and Services, and was responsible for marketing, sales, coordination and administration for all group and convention activity at the Walt Disney World Resort®.  Also, he was a key member of the advance team for the opening of the EURODISNEYLAND® project in France where he managed sales, marketing, strategic planning and distribution.  Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University.

Cathy Rye joined RYMARK International as the former Sales Manager of Meetings and Incentive Travel Magazine in Canada.  Holding a degree in marketing, she was instrumental in developing international recognition for the publication and for the creation of CMITS, the Canadian Meeting and Incentive Show.  During this tenure, Cathy spoke at industry seminars and meetings and incentive conferences for government tourism associations. In the early 1990s, she formed Integrated Destination Marketing Services to assist clients in targeting their combined sales and marketing efforts toward the meetings and incentive travel industry.  In 1996, Cathy joined Jim in Orlando as VP and General Manager of RYMARK International“Believing in building strong business relationships as trusting partnerships,” she works toward growing and maintaining them with the firm’s clients.  “The best compliment that we can receive is a recommendation from one of our existing clients – reputation is everything to us!”

Terri Bisignano

Terri Bisignano joined RYMARK International in 2003 after building an extensive career in the hospitality industry, with an impressive 18 years in hotel sales and marketing.  She believes that “positive value and attentive service are of utmost importance in meeting clients’ needs.”  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Administration from the University of New Orleans in 1985 and moved to Florida shortly thereafter to start her career.  From the early 1990s until joining our team, Terri held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for the Buena Vista Palace Resort & Spa where she was responsible for a staff of thirty people, revenues of $78 million, and more than five hundred annual meetings and conventions.  Terri’s years of earned industry knowledge are truly a valuable asset to RYMARK International’s clients.

Based in Omaha, Nebraska, Teresa O’Connor joined RYMARK International in January 2006.  During the past decade, Teresa held various positions within Hyatt Hotels and Resorts®.  There, she relied on her solid problem solving and relationship building skills to heighten guests’ experiences with Hyatt.  As National Sales Manager for Hyatt’s National Sales Office, she was responsible for developing client relationships for the company’s domestic properties. Teresa’s tenacity, attention to detail and strong negotiation skills guarantee her RYMARK International clients both competitive rates and a strong level of service.  She believes that, “mutual success comes from excellent service, industry knowledge, and commitment.”

Tricia Daniels joined RYMARK International in January 2007 with over thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry from the Walt Disney Company®.  She has earned the prestigious Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) awarded by the Convention Industry Council, as well as her Sommelier Certification. Solidly trained in catering sales and convention services, she held the position of Catering & Convention Services Director at Disney where she was responsible for a team of seventeen people, revenues of over $17 million and more than 1,200 annual events.  She believes that, “all events can be successful with detailed planning, a flexible approach, and consistent follow-up.”

Lyn Quigg

Lyn Quigg joined RYMARK International in February 2008. She has spent the past two years in Site Selection as an Independent Planner. Prior to that, Lyn held positions in both the "front and back of the house" at Westin and Marriott Hotels. She has extensive experience both on-property and within one of their primary Customer Call Centers. Lyn studied Restaurant and Hotel Management at Purdue University and also attended Mundus Travel School in Phoenix. In addition, she brings additional customer service experience having spent several years working for Lands' End, the preeminent brand in direct mail customer service. Lyn believes that, "personal contacts are the key to success because it's all about making the guest happy."

Lori Graham

In 2005, Lori Graham began her career with RYMARK International as a co-op student.  In May 2006, she completed her undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, Rosen College of Hospitality Management with an emphasis on Event Management.  In August 2009, Lori completed her master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Central Florida.  While at UCF, Lori completed internship positions with Freeman Decorating, Joe's Crab Shack and Universal Orlando®.  At RYMARK International, Lori is responsible for assisting with site selection, office administration, sales co-ordination, onsite event production and managing the company's Relationship Marketing Events.  Lori is truly a “care-taker and is dedicated to organizational skills.”
