  • Terri Bisignano, CEO, Managing Director

    Terri graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration from the University of New Orleans. She joined RYMARK International in 2003 after a highly successful 18-year successful career in hotel sales and marketing. Prior to joining the team, Terri held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for the Buena Vista Palace Resort where she was responsible for a staff of thirty people, revenues of $78 million, and more than five hundred meetings and conventions annually. In her free time, Terri likes to participate in water sports and outdoor activities of all kinds.

  • Jim Rye, President

    Jim founded RYMARK International on the principle that “people do business with people they know and trust.” Since the start of the company in 1994, that principle still remains a guiding cornerstone of RYMARK International. Prior to opening RYMARK International, Jim worked over 20 years with the Walt Disney Company as the GM Resort Sales, responsible for marketing, sales, and administration for all group and conventions at the Walt Disney World Resort®. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University. He is an avid golfer and always has a good joke to share!

  • Mark Waxer, Director of Sales

    Mark has been involved in the travel industry since 1981 and joined RYMARK in 2011. He has enjoyed success in both management and sales within a wide range of industries and companies in North America. Mark has worked extensively in all areas of hospitality with two major travel companies worldwide, as well as being an owner of two hospitality companies. His education includes Upper Canada College and Carleton University. Mark loves to play golf and seems to know absolutely everyone in the industry!

  • Cindy Perras, Sales Director

    Cindy has a particular interest in organizing professional development and continuing education opportunities for businesses, medical groups and education organizations. She holds a Masters of Education degree with an extensive professional background in education. Prior to her work with RYMARK International, Cindy worked as an independent event planner for over 20 years, coordinating all logistical components of events and conferences of all sizes. Cindy believes in establishing a personal connection, thoroughly understanding her clients’ needs and providing customized, professional service that exceeds her clients’ expectations; this, in turn, cultivates a lasting relationship.

  • Bryony Moffitt, Event Director

    Bryony has designed and executed events for over a decade, serving Fortune 500 companies and associations across the globe. Born in the United Kingdom, she started her career in corporate events at Corney & Barrow (By appointment to the Queen). In 2013, Bryony relocated to Washington DC to work on association events across the USA. In 2017, Bryony spearheaded the FutureDocs Abroad Programs for the National Leadership Academies. Clients feel confident when Bryony is in the event management role as she is resourceful, independent, and known for her big-picture thinking. When she's not in event mode, Bryony is a half-marathon runner, downhill skier, pickleball enthusiast, and avid global traveler.
